A drawing was held from the Section 8 waiting list on May 3rd. Drawing results can be found in the Section 8 Lottery section of this site.
Bids are currently being solicted by the Redevelopment Authority for the following items: street paving and property rehabilitation.
Bid results for elevator maintenance which were opened on April 27, 2012 can be found in the Bid Information section of this site.
The Housing Authority's 2012 Annual Plan is now available. A copy of the plan can be obtained from the Annual Plan section of this site.

Closing of Section 8 Waiting List - Cierre De La Lista De Espera De La Seccion 8

The Lebanon County Housing Authority is providing public notice that the waiting list for the Section 8 Housing Assistance program will be closed effective July 1, 2010. Applications for the Section 8 program will not be accepted after the close of business on June 30, 2010. The Section 8 waiting list will remain closed until the Authority provides a public announcement that the the list will reopen. It is estimated that the waiting list will remain closed for a period of at least one year. La Autoridad de Vivienda del Condado de Lebanon desea informale que la lista de spera del programa de asistencia de la Seccion 8 sera cerrda efective Julio 1 del 2010. La fecha limite para aceptar aplicaciones sera el dia 30 de Junio del 2010. La Lista de espera de la Seccion 8 permanecera cerrada hasta nuevo aviso. Estimamos que la lista de espera estara cerrada por un period de un ano.

Bid Information

The Redevelopment Authority is soliciting bids for street paving in South Lebanon Township (bid date May 14th) and property rehabilitation of a single family dwelling in Lebanon City (bid date May 21st) . Board Meetings 2012

The monthly Housing & Redevelopment Authority Board meetings will be held on: January 11th, February 8th, March 14th, April 11th, May 9th, June 13th, September 5th, October 10th and November 14th. All meetings are held at Stevens Towers, 930 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA. Meetings begin at 2:00 PM.
