Annual Plan

The Authority's Five Year Plan for the period 2010-2014 is now posted in draft form for comment. You can view the draft plan by selecting the Annual Plan link on the left side of this page. A public hearing on the plan will be held on March 10, 2010 at 1:45 PM at Washington Arms, 303 Chestnut Street, Lebanon, PA. Written comments concerning the plan can be submitted to the Lebanon County Housing Authority, P.O. Box 420, Lebanon, PA 17042.

Bid Information

The Authority is soliciting bids for Electric System Improvements at Washington Arms. Specifications and drawings can be downloaded from the Bid Information section of this website. Bids are due Tuesday, February 16, 2010. Pre bid meeting to be held on Friday, January 29, 2010 at 10:00 AM.

Board Meetings 2010

The monthly Housing & Redevelopment Authority Board meetings will be held on: January 13th, February 17th, March 10th, April 14th, May 12th, June 30th, August 18th, September 8th, October 13th and November 10th. All meetings are held at Washington Arms, 303 Chestnut Street, Lebanon, PA. Meetings begin at 2:00 PM.
