Hispanic Outreach Program

We are proud to coordinate the Hispanic Outreach Program, which provides advocacy, information and referral for the Latino community of Lebanon County. Additionally, case management services to the Latino population are offered on an as-needed basis. The components of this educational program provide information, diversity training, and cultural workshops to the entire community. This exciting outreach program represents the Latino community on numerous boards, agencies, and organizations in our community and also prepares local persons of Hispanic heritage to serve in such capacities through our Latino Leadership course. The Hispanic Outreach program sponsors a periodic newsletter, weekly radio program, and the Melvyn Kaplan Hispanic Scholarship Fund that annually awards "Alcanzando Los Suenos" scholarships for post-secondary education.

If you are interested in participating in one of the Hispanic Outreach's programs, contact Lucy Flecha at 717-273-8901 for further information.
